If YOU ordered the wrong size or item, please email us as we MAY be able to offer an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds on wrong size or item ordered.
If WE sent you the wrong item, please email us at support@strongbitchco.com and we can assist you. We will ship the correct item to you. If we are sold out of the item ordered, we will refund the item.
We don't offer refunds or exchanges on digital items, accessories, final sale, or wrongly ordered sizes or items.
There is a 14-day from purchase limit on returns and exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@strongbitchco.com. You will most likely need to file a claim with USPS to get reimbursed for the cost of the item, and we will work with you to get a replacement.
